minor update: looks like the profitec one seems to be compatible, as in the reviews of the device from WLL, someone has it installed on his B IV <https://www.wholelattelove.com/products/profitec-e61-flow-control-device#top> !
and also someone managed to put the profitec one on their lelit mara <https://www.reddit.com/r/espresso/comments/gmtw64/shes_finally_home/>, so this should suggest all of them should be interoperable!
