minor update: looks like the profitec one seems to be compatible, as in the 
reviews of the device from WLL, someone has it installed on his B IV

and also someone managed to put the profitec one on their lelit mara 
<https://www.reddit.com/r/espresso/comments/gmtw64/shes_finally_home/>, so 
this should suggest all of them should be interoperable! (e.g. the lelit or 
profitec one should both work on the brewtus!)
