Hey there Kien,

I would want to know what has been replaced. I have a 2009 Brewtus III that
I thankfully bought from a very conscientious owner.

Let’s be frank- the Brewtus is built to a price. It’s definitely nowhere
near top quality.

Numerous parts should be replaced. Has there been regular maintenance? How
long ago has the pump been replaced? The pressurestat? What about the water
lines?

I wouldn’t worry as much about scale in the group because that’s easy to
fix on your own, but parts can get expensive fast, so if nothing has been
replaced internally or the owner can’t give you an accounting of what’s
been done, I think the asking price could be a bit high.

If it has been impeccable maintained, then the price could be totally fair.
