it's an AKO-13120/01 though you might be able to replace it with an AKO-14545.

Sadly they both seem really hard to get. You might call http://www.furneco.com 
as they've been the source in the past. If you go that way, it's comes set up 
for a refrigerator and you have to invert the setting to make it work.
