Hi, press the SET key for at least 5 sec until the LED to the left starts flashing. Then you con adjust hte temperature by pressing the up or down keys and store the new value by pressing the SET key. Btw, congratulations that your brewtus works fine after such a long time sitting in the corner ;-)
