I followed the HOWTO from the email list/experiemental stuff web site, using
the latest 2.4.6-3 patch, adding the rt != NULL line, and applying the skb
cleanup stuff (which I am quite happy made it into the 2.4.9 kernel). For
some reason I could not get REDIRECT to work with the diverter stuff, but
it did work using DNAT and an explicit IP address:port.

I will in a couple days, when we start using this beast in a production
environment :-) I'll also write up how I got the diverter working in order
to use a transparent squid cache.
