Hi,
I`ve a problem with patching kernel 2.4.9 with nf-patch!
Here is my way of patching:
1.) downloaded the kernel 2.4.9 from kernel.org +
2.) downloaded the patch bridge-nf-20010801-against-2.4.6-3.diff
3.) copy the patch into /usr/src/linux
4.) run "patch -p0 < bridge-nf-20010801-against-2.4.6-3.diff"
5.) get the following output

Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
