The normal netfilter chains, as described in the netfilter FAQs/HOWTOs.
There is no need of a bridge specific iptables documentation other than
* Compile your kernel with
CONFIG_BRIDGE
CONFIG_BRIDGE_NF
* If CONFIG_BRIDGE_NF is compiled as a module then
modprobe br_passtrough
