I am not sure it is going to help but what you are
looking for is maybe:

I think the way to move ethernet frame in PPP is
standard by RFC.
But I don't know if Linux PPP stuff implement that
(they do IP and maybe IPX/AppleTalk on PPP),
but I don't know about "bridging" on
PPP.
Another option is to replace PPP by
FrameRelay.
But you might be even less lucky in
Linux.
Whatever ISDN B channel give you a layer
1,
you need a layer 2 (like PPP or
FrameRelay)
before you can move your frame
accross.
