Hi there, Here is what i plan but is not working: computer 1 = ETH0 =>-------------------<=ETH0=bridge=ARC0E=>-------------<=ARC0E=computer2
so.. I would like to add an interface arc0 to the bridge. I made the requested encapsulation of the ARCnet in order to get an ETHERNET interface. Now I have an ARC0e that is the arcnet with ethernet encapsulation. It has a MAC address automaticaly generated according to the ID of the arcnet NIC. now I'm trying to bring up the bridge by adding the eth0 and arc0e and it's working without any problem. I try to ping computer 1 from computer 2 but as far I can see the bridge is not changing the MAC of the ARC0e interface with the mac of the ARC0E interface of the computer2, adn so I'm not receiving any package in the eth0 of the computer1. When I'm trying to ping computer 2 from computer 1 in the ARC0e interface of the computer 2 I can see the packages comming but it seems that the reply is not reaching computer1.
