Hello Jason, <snip> > Otherwise the kernel compile bombs out. Is there some reason I shouldn't > be building these as modules? I don't know a hell of a lot about the bridge code, so I can't answer that. > I also fixed up the ebtables v1.0 distribution a little bit. Ebtables won't compile on my debian box otherwise > because netdb.h and linux/in.h conflict. First of all, thanks. It happens I am allergic to warnings, so I am very happy to have those gone. Somehow the -Wall option never crossed my mind. The world is full of mysteries. Btw, you forgot 2 warnings :-) About the includes... Removing the "#include <linux/in.h>" line makes IPPROTO_IP unknown for my Redhat box. Try this: start with the original includes, then remove the "#include <netdb.h>" and change "#include <linux/socket.h>" to "#include <sys/socket.h>" Please let me know if that fixes it for you so I can put it in the released code. > In addition, I removed all references to brepf from the manpage and > elsewhere, and cleaned up the Makefile to include simple "clean" and > "install" targets. Ok. This will be in the next tar I put online (when that include story is fixed). cheers, Bart _______________________________________________ Bridge mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.math.leidenuniv.nl/mailman/listinfo/bridge
