[Bridge] BPDU_TYPE_TCN value

Hi, there. I saw that BPDU_TYPE_TCN was changed from 0x01 to 0x80. I searched about it, and "the switch book" written by Rich seifert said BPDU_TYPE_TCN was 0x01, but 802.1D-1998 said it was 0x80. I am confused very much. Was the standard changed ? Or it has been 0x80 originally. Does anybody know about it ? J.K.Yun
