DOING:
Setup a linux box to do bridgeing that allows me to control the bandwidth of
each ip or mac that
passess though the box.
SETUP: 192.168.1.1

USEING:
I have RH 7.2 with the 2.4.9-31 kernel, it was installed using
the up2date program that came with RH7.2
BRIDGING APP:
bridge-utils-0.9.5.tar.gz from http://bridge.sourceforge.net to do the
bridging
Other App:
Iptables 1.2.4 to mark the packets that come in so TC can do the BW control
Questions:
1. Am i on the right track to occomplish my task? or is there someother
items i should be looking @?
2. Do i have to use the bridge-nf-0.0.6-against-2.4.18.diff?
from what i have read I do. so iptables can access the stuff.
3. where is this applied applied, to the kernel file in /boot, it self or to
the source files? instructions?
a web site would also be ok for instructions if there is 1
