Hi, I've been running bridge on Dell server, using Intel Gig Card (e1000 driver) for 4 days. Suddenly, machine stopped responding.
There was NOT any oops. I could ping the machine I could NOT telnet/ssh to the machine. Machine is running Andrew/Linux and I am running bridging as module. As in subject, this is very unclear/unsuffucient information, but anybody is having this kind of problem with similar hardware ? I also used Intel FastEthernet (eepro100 driver). After some time, it gave message that 'buffer full' and machine hangs. Any information on that would also help.
