[Bridge] bridge over ipip or gre tunnel ?

I need to connect 2 lans that are connected with a ipip tunnel  connection
how i ca to do this over tunnel connection ?

   eth0         tunl1             tunl1         eth0
      \         /                     \         /
LAN1---[SERVER1]-------<tunnel>--------[SERVER2]---LAN2

at position of tunl1 i have some internet hosts, and there i cannot run bridge.
i need to bridge between LAN1 and LAN2,
and I need SERVER1 and SERVER2 to be visible (as IP addresses) ... there are some ftp, www ... servers
