I am looking for away to use the bridge utils and code to allow any
configuration of IP in my inside interface to be able to go out to the
internet. SO basically, I have 2 interfaces, one hooked up to the
internet connection (eth0) and one hooked up to an internal network(eth1)
I would like to be able to plug in a laptop with any static IP information
and get out to the internet. I know it can be done, I have purchased a
router from a company that allows me to do it. I have snooped around the
box and found that it uses BRCFG v0.4 but it has extra options such as:

brcfg PP x Enable(1) or Disable(0) IP Plug and Play

brcfg IP x1.x1.x1.x1 x2.x2.x2.x2 Enter 2 DNS IP address

brcfg PT x Enable(1) or Disable(0) PORTAL web site

brcfg IT x.x.x.x Enter the PORTAL site IP address

How would I make the bridge do this? There is no source code and they
obviously wont release it to me. Can someone help me out, I would like
to build my own bridge with this functionality. Thanks!

Erich
