Hi,

I understand the purpose of brctl but is the libbridge
source code a replacement for the existing RedHat 8.0
kernel's bridge source code? If so, could you please
explain how to install it. I tried installing the
rpm; however, nothing appeared to happen, I did a
search for brctl and nothing was found so I compiled
it using make.

Last Question, all I want to do really is make an app
that intercepts all frames entering eth0/eth1,
possibly modify certain frames and relay them on to
eth1/eth0. What is the easiest way to accomplish this
with and without the bridge. (Don't want kernel to
keep frames that I've read, no other apps should see
them)

Thanks,
Dave
