Never tried that, but here's a guess.

setup your bridge
run your program listening to 127.0.0.1:666
on the input chain nat the ip/port you want to change to 127.0.0.1:666
have your program output to the initial ip/port
(or it might be easier to nat back responses)

You may need to '-i ! lo' on the nat.
