I just forced eth0 & 1 with ifconfig eth0 promisc before i setup the bridge.
 
These are the messages I get..

Are eth0 and eth1 running in promiscous mode?

I have tried setting br0 with an ip address, but found posts saying not to
use one.

Sorry the MAC for x.x.x.195 is there, i didnt give it enough time to add it
to the table before i saved it, its on port 2 and its not local.
