[Bridge] How to: Fulfill my plan by bridge interface

Dear Everyone:

    I am doing a distributed detection tools. In the design of the system, I want to monitor the traffic stream on a high-speed link by a  Gigabit NIC and then partition the traffic to two 100 Mbps NIC.According to partition, I want to change the Source MAC addresses of each frame and send them out by 2 100Mbps NIC by an algorithm in a round robin fashion. That means I want to split the whole incoming traffic into two half part of original traffic and change each frame with its Source MAC address. Can I fulfill my plan with Bridge Interface? I have read many documents and Howto of BR but can not find any detail examples to help my work.
