What network driver are you using? The most likely cause of the problem is a 
network driver that doesn't initialize mac.raw.
If you want this message to disappear, remove this from 
net/bridge/br_netfilter.c (lines 469-476), note that these packets won't be 
filtered:
                printk(KERN_CRIT "br_netfilter: Argh!! br_nf_post_routing: "
                                 "bad mac.raw pointer.");
...
                printk("\n");

The best solution is just use a different network card.
