Jeroen, are you sure you are qualified to run this list? It doesn't matter whether I call them spam or not. YOU YOURSELF DEFINED SPAM IN YOUR OWN RULES AS "UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL EMAIL". You then broke YOUR OWN WRITTEN RULES by SILENCING Erik for sending NON-COMMERCIAL emails which do NOT qualify as spam BY YOUR OWN RULES. Your rules say that, at worst, Erik should first get a warning if he is breaking etiquette guidelines. You can only be silenced without a warning if you send "unsolicited commercial email", BY YOUR OWN RULES.
What kind of leader cannot even follow HIS OWN RULES? I believe there is a word for it.
