Very cool, Gary, congratulations.  With two grown kids (20 and 22) we're
eagerly awaiting the next generation though it will probably not be real soon.

I've never been in a similar situation but can reinforce what I'm sure you
already know: patience, love, quality time and positive reinforcement (way
more effective than the negative kind).  Easy to say, very difficult to
practice.  I wish you luck.
