Hi :-) I've been writing a senior thesis, trying to find a job for
next year (with a notable lack of success, so far) and applying for
fellowships in a forlorn attempt to take me to Oxford or Cambridge
next year. I've only _left campus_ twice this year since I got here
in September. It's just been insane.

It might have to be something in the Cabinet - some of the seats going
to Republicans under Gore, something like that. At this point, I
_think_ that Bush is going to win the recount, and probably defeat any
legal challenges to the vote. I am desperately praying that there
won't be any.
