It is exceedingly unlikely that Gore will receive more overseas ballots than

I would still prefer, considering the thin margin, that Gore wait until
overseas absentee ballots are in.  Were I in Gore's position, I'd have
demanded a hand recount also, and I would also be insisting that we wait for
the complete tally including all ballots.

There's no doubt that irregularities occurred during this election, in
Florida and in many other locations.  At this time, it does not appear that
the other irregularities have the potential to affect the election.  I think
that now would be a good time for both candidates to speak out in favor of a
comprehensive study of balloting methods in order to find a way to correct
the problems.

Bush needs to take a chill pill and wait for the final tally.  It could only
help him, whether he wins on the final tally or not.
