Oh, yes. The Onion writers have quite clearly been waiting *years*
for something so ripe for satire. None of the individual articles
are particular standouts, but the way the whole thing sticks together
coherently as a sustained conceit is marvelous. Probably, taken as a
whole, the best Onion issue I've ever seen.
