HOw many actual deaths blamed on cell phones?

Not cancer, I mean car accidents....Just read Suffolk County, Long Island
is the first county in USA to ban cell phone use in cars after a
particularly tragic accident that killed a couple and seriously injured
their daughter. THere are studies that say "it's just as dangerous as
driving drunk," but are there statistics on traffic deaths that can be
directly attributed to cell phones?
