What's the problem? Brazil had, for a long time, 
_Partido Comunista Brasileiro_ [aka PCB] and
_Partido Comunista do Brasil_ [aka PCdoB].

BTW, the PCB changed its name to some socialist TLA, but an
other communist party appeared, so we now have *three* communist
parties, plus some others with very important affinities with
the commies.
