Anybody noticed Belgium. It's the best lit state of the EU. And I bet it must
cost them a fortune to maintain. But it makes for a really wonderfull effect on
the satalite image. They have lights all over the place here. Well with the
lousy state the roads are usually in and loads of late night drunk drivers that
isn't really a luxury. Although I didn't know they were _that_ well visible on
the image.
