I've received something similar a couple of times. Of course,
in Canada, that would be a Newfie virus.
Do all nations have an ethnic equivalent of the dumb blond?
eg:
Newfies (from Newfoundland) in Canada
Belgians in much of Europe
Poles in the USA ...
