Daneel reminds me of a phrase I ran across a few days ago while reading
some Nietzsche (he always cheers me up for some reason):
"Artist of force"
(used in reference to people like Napoleon or Pericles or Hammurabi who
possess not only tremendous will to power but tremendous talent for using
it in an organized and constructive (largely) manner.
