I don't think this is the same work.  It came out in 1997.  The authors are
editors of a strategic investment newsletter.  The book trods off into some
fairly right-wing ideology, although it could also be interpreted as
libertarian in some ways.  One of its redeeming values is that it's hard to
categorize the ideas in the book, except when they become ideological, which
makes the latter terribly jarring.

Isn't "The Sovereign INdividual" one of the classic libertarian
works? It's not an Ayn Rand but influences a lot of the same people she
does.
