And on the front page of the same paper (Wednesday, 7 Mar WSJ), there's
this little item:
"Russian space officials are negotiating a $200 million insurance policy as
they prepare to send space station Mir plunging into the Pacific this
month. Until now, Moscow has insisted that the operation poses no danger."
