Research shows that people sampling music over the internet
IMPROVES CD sales. By attacking in this way, they make
themselves the bad guys. Their real target, the ppl who won't buy
anyway, will just switch to freenet or gnutella and keep right on
going...all they're doing is amgering the average consumer.

NO protection standard exists which will not be broken in short
order. The sooner they realise that and stop wasting millions on
gimmicks that are cracked inside 48 hours the better.

They are alienating the ordinary consumer, and THAT, in the long
term, will damage them.
