Computer help!

Since I don't have work-web access my computer skills have
greatly deminished. (and my spelling)
I'm trying to diagnose a computer problem. When you do
ctrl-alt-del and look at the list of programs, for some reason
there are two listings that are in there more than once. The
names are PSM, which I've seen listed five times, and wscript
which I've seen three times. I have no idea what these programs
are related to. Any ideas?
