On the other hand, at least one of the dolphins in SR was constantly
rubbing up against Gillian, trying to have a go. In good humor, of
course.
Interesting question, though. If we have mammals that are intelligent
enough to use sex for fun & social bonding, but not so intelligent as to
worry about interspecies sexual morality, does a human do something wrong
by indulging or participating in this play, particularly if the dolphin
is willing? Does learning to participate in dolphin sex play differ
morally from learning to "communicate" in squeaks and whistles?
