The first few times I tried to access the information on this patch, I got
a "too many users are trying to access this page" error. When I finally
got through to that page, it tells me I must first install a service pack
for Word 97. When I go to the page for that service pack, I get another
"too many users are trying to access this page" error.
"Wonderful" is hardly the word . . .
