So, on my lunch break, I just spent 45 minutes writing reviews of the last
three books I read. They were all wonderful and flowery and critical and
though-provoking (the reviews, not necessarily the books).
Unfortunately, I was doing this in Hotmail and when I clicked a link in
another app it navigated this browser window away from my message and I lost
the message at the 90%-complete mark.
To quote Homer falling into a singularity: Crap crap crap crap crap crap
crap crap crap.
I wouldn't bother anyone with this except to let everyone know I'm still
alive, just way too busy lately. And apparently the fickle gods of fate
don't want me sending anything substantial to the Brin List. Bleah.

Congrats, Jeroen & Sonya! (Everyone already says everything I'm thinking so
I usually don't bother with congrats/condolence mail. But since I was
here...)
