Sex is bad, doubly so if you have sex outside marriage or in ways not approved by the 
church (whatever church).

Fear of STDs and babies is good, because it stops people from having sex.

Sex education is bad because it reduces fear of STDs and conceiving a baby, leading 
people to have sex.

AIDS education is bad because then you can't tell your children they'll die if they 
have sex.

Birth control and abortion are bad because, again, less fear, more sex.

It's impossible that people could learn the facts and still not have sex because all 
people are horrible evil sinners who can't be trusted to do the right thing.
