Hotmail is well known in the IT industry for poor security (their servers
get hacked all the time), gathering far too much information for marketing
purposes, and, ironincally, the site doesn't use a single piece of Microsoft
software! Furthermore, the domain name was renewed and paid for by a Linux
geek because he wanted to get his mail and the site was down because
Microsoft forgot to renew the domain name!
