Would you prefer if I left the list, Kristin? I'm perfectly happy to do
that, at this point. I am, to put it mildly, a busy person. My most
interesting conversations with list members now occur off-list, I think,
and would presumably continue. If what you want is an echo chamber - and
I think that you're not alone in wanting that - then the best way for you
to get it is to ask me to leave. Do it openly, instead of beating around
the bush with general condemnations of the conservative tilt on the list,
and I will. I have no personal problem with anyone who is now, or has
previously been, on the list. I don't take politics personally. But
there are clearly a bunch of people here who think that anyone who
disagrees with them is morally deficient, and I really don't feel any
burning desire to put up with that all that much. Say what you mean. You
want me off the list? Say so and I'm gone.
