Even moreso, what about the comms company who has a failing 
satalight they need replacing LIKE THIS MONTH. They'll pay. So 
will universitys to get stuff up there. Smaller science projects..just 
udnercut the Space Shuttle and the European and Russian rockets 
by maikng a  re-useable spacecraft...

Hey, you only need LOW orbit capacity scramjets to drop anyone 
anywhere in the world in a few hours...now THAT could get popular..
