I'm intimately familiar with what's wrong with our
HMO's, and my girlfriend works in human resources
specializing in benefits.  But let's be fair- in
America if you have a big health problem you start
calling people and yelling until you get satisfaction.
 It doesn't have to be borne, you can get what you
need one way or another.  The reason we have so many
of those life-sucking lawyers is to scare the big boys
into doing what's right when they're slacking.
