Take the money, kill you, then spend the money to buy the land adjacent to
the area you already gave me.   :-)

But seriously, that land you gave me must be worth more than what you offer
me for it. Why else would you first *give* me the land, and then offer me
such a huge amount of money to get it back? What has been discovered on that
land? Gold? Diamonds? Oil?
