Those guns don't impress me, especially since that government study last
year (or maybe the year before that), that showed that our police officers
get so little shooting practice that many couldn't even shoot at an elephant
and hit it if the animal was standing right in front of them...   <grin>

Not much persuasion is needed, anyway. The small-time tax evaders end up
paying their taxes and a fine (and ocassionally serve a few months of jail
sentence), and the big-time tax evaders flee the country before the police
gets a chance to arrest them.
