Doesn't matter. You can say "statistics don't lie." but a better t ruism
is "raw data doesn't lie." It however has to be manipulated mathematically
and otherwise, and it i IS possible to stack the deck by picking and
choosing which data you analyze. (How come both sides of an argument
always argue with "statistics?")
