Huh? That's odd. The area is completely closed off as a war zone, so no civilians can enter that area. Yet 1,000 civilians died or were injured due to the landmines in that area. How can those individuals be killed or injured by landmines that are in an area that is completely sealed off, making it impossible for said civilians to enter that area?
