In my first statement, I made a comparison between officers stationed in
Korea and officers sitting in their Pentagon offices. AFAIK, mr. Rossiter is
not an officer in the US military.

In my second statement, I pointed out that people can acquire knowledge
without getting a degree in the subject. Whether a person is military or
civilian has nothing to do with that. So, no "180-degree flip-flop
overnight", Adam.
