Not just under my *name* -- that would have been less of a problem. It
was that the "from" indicated it was from my e-mail address.
I can handle someone just changing the name part of their profile to be
my name if the e-mail address isn't one that I use, but if you send
e-mail that has my name AND my e-mail address, that's a little more
serious. It's harder for me to prove that it wasn't me that sent it,
and depending on what gets sent under my name and e-mail address, I
could end up in trouble. And I was a lot more hypersensitive about the
whole thing at the time, as I was working for an ISP and *saw* the
serious consequences to such actions.
