Addendum:
I found a web site that gives the exchange rate for US$ to NLG$ as US$1 =
NLG$2.4.
So, our US $60 saturday date would come out at NLG $144, and that's
without booze. It sounds like dating is more expensive in the US,
assuming our choice of restaurants is roughly equivalent. (Our meal did
include appetizer and soup, incidentally.)
