I just got back from MilPhil, where I had a very pleasant chance encounter
with none other than David Brin himself. He stopped by my local club's
table,
and it happens that we have a friend in common. We chatted for a very few
lovely minutes before he had to move on. He mentioned that he has been

too busy recently to pay attention to this list. Anyway, I had a great time
at MilPhil, and it was really nice meeting Mr Brin.
A friend and colleague Linda Heier was there and was part of a panel
discussion. Tall beautiful blonde, hard to miss. Did you see her?
